Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for considering Furnweave.com for your purchase. We’d like to inform you of our cancellation and return policy, which is as follows:
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, our cancellation policy allows you to do so within 24 hours of placing it. Please send us an email at [email protected] as soon as possible within this 24-hour window to initiate the cancellation process. Please note that we will not be able to cancel the order if the product has already been shipped within the 24-hour time frame.
Also, kindly note that customized products cannot be canceled.
Return Policy: Returns or exchange will be accepted only in the case of damaged products received by the buyer. If the buyer receives a damaged product, they must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product by calling us on 9461210881 or writing to us at [email protected]. The customer will also need to share pictures of the defective products with us through email to initiate returns.
Once we receive the damaged product, we will send the exchanged/replaced product or issue a return. The amount will be refunded only after receipt of e-mail consent from us and the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we do not entertain any returns or refunds if a customer wishes to do so simply because they do not like the product after delivery or if the product does not match their expectations. We will also not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
- Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
- Refusal to accept products
- Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself/herself
- Force majeure event
- If the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.
In the event of a refund request within 12 hours of ordering, a fee of 5% will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
