What materials are used to make the furniture?
All our products are made from best quality solid wood. Certain other secondary materials, like jute, cane and upholstery are also used to make the furniture.
What is the lifespan of furniture bought from Furnweave?
If used in proper manner and way, products from Furnweave.com have a very long life. If it is exposed to harsh conditions or is made in contact with chemicals, its life is reduced. Warranty is applicable on all orders only if the products are used in an appropriate manner.
How do I clean or care for my furniture?
To keep it clean, wipe it down with a moist cloth. (And during rain, simply bring your furniture indoors.)
What is the estimated time for a delivery?
We dispatch your orders within 2-3 days of your order. So generally all the orders are shipped to you within 7-14 days.
Is there a product warranty offered by Furnweave?
Yes, Furnweave offers 3-year warranty, giving you extra assurance for a longer period of time. The warranty is subjected to terms and conditions.
Is return, refund and cancellation available?
